Vevor Utility Sink Pump System Installation

Installed a Vevor utility sink pump inside a laundry sink vanity. Plumbed the sink drain down through a trap with union fittings into the pump's side inlet, so the sink can drain in a spot with no gravity drain nearby, and kept the whole system tucked inside the cabinet.

Built from a bare wall: taped out the layout, framed the surround in 2x4s around a linear electric fireplace, sheathed it in cement board, and finished it in stacked slate ledgestone set off a laser line.

Traditional Wood Burning Fireplace Replaced with Electric (2014)

Removed an existing wood-burning fireplace and fully converted it to a modern electric insert. The surround was re-tiled with large-format grey tile and a hex mosaic hearth, transforming the whole look of the living room.
